THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We only collect information about you, when you provide it to us and when you use our Services.
- Information you provide us through emailing us when you inquire about our Services and when you book any of the Service we provide. These can be your first and last name, email address, home address and any payment information you provide such as your bank account number.
- The emails you send to our email addresses when you inquire about our Services, or when we communicate further to plan more details about your selected Services.
- The messages via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, when you inquire about our Services or when we communicate further to plan more details about your selected Services.
- When you use our webpage and Services, we collect information such as: anonyomous IP addresses, preferences, web pages you visited prior to coming to our website, information about your browser, network or device (such as browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings), information about how you interact with our website (such as timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, searches, transactions, referral pages, load times, and problems you may encounter).
We obtain personal information from various sources, in three different ways:
- Directly: The direct information we collect is when you make an enquiry, purchase products or purchase a photography or educational service. This will be your name, address, phone number and details about your event.
- Anonymously: The anonymous information we collect may include your IP address, whether you are using a computer, a tablet or a phone, which country you are located, which website pages are accessed and how long you may spend looking at our lovely website pages.
- Third Party: If you purchase a product or service from us using an online payment method, your card information is not held by me but it is collected by a third party payment processor (transferwise.com) who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. The only information we receive from the third party are notifications that a transaction has taken place, with the name of the payee, the date and the amount of the transaction.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will hold your personal information in our archive for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. Any information you provide will be used to:
- Carry out any obligations from any contracts that we enter in to.
- Seek your views or comments on the services we provide.
- Notify you of any changes to my services.
You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from us, unless the email correspondence is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. We agree that we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third-party, unless you give us your permission.

Google Analytics – We use analytics on our site to collect data to provide us with statistics about our site. We collect non-sensitive information about you, all sensitive information has been anonymized including IP addresses (IP addresses have their last byte anonymized).

Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security, and where we have given you a password which enables you to access my website galleries, you are responsible for sharing this password.
Any sensitive information such as credit or debit card details is encrypted and protected with 128 Bit encryption on SSL by the third party responsible to taking payments.

Where applicable law requires (and subject to any relevant exceptions under law), you may have the right to access, update, change or delete personal information.
